Honda will have a major presence at EICMA 2026, bringing together flagship motorcycle premieres, the debut of the RN0 electric mountain bike, its first official Automobile partnership with the event, the BF350 outboard engine and new mobility innovation including Fastport Honda.

Across separate exhibition areas at Fiera Milano, Honda will demonstrate how its engineering and technology are being applied to products ranging from motorcycles, cars and marine engines to emerging forms of urban and personal mobility. The combined presence also reflects the continued importance of Italy to Honda’s European operations.

Italy is a key market for Honda products, as the largest market for its motorcycles and outboard marine engines, and the second largest for its automobiles. The country is also home to long-established Honda manufacturing operations, design and research and development expertise, giving Italy a significance to Honda that extends beyond product sales.

Hans de Jaeger, President and Director, Honda Motor Europe:

“Italy is an extremely important market for Honda in Europe. It is one of our strongest sales markets, particularly for motorcycles. But our connection to Italy goes much deeper, through our Automobile and Marine businesses and our long-established manufacturing, logistics, design and development activities here. EICMA gives us a unique opportunity to demonstrate what continues to define Honda: engineering, innovation and products designed to create real value for our customers.”

Two flagship Motorcycle premieres showcase performance, innovation and safety

Honda’s Motorcycle presentation will be led by two flagship debuts for the 2027 model year. The comprehensively renewed CRF1150L Africa Twin family introduces more power, technology and rider choice, while the new CBR1000RR-R Fireblade family builds on more than three decades of racing-led development with major engine, chassis and aerodynamic advances.

Honda is also using EICMA as the platform to reveal the planned production version of its revolutionary V3R900 E-Compressor naked machine. The V3R900 E-Compressor uses a unique electronically controlled compressor that allows a 900cc engine to achieve performance comparable to that of a 1200cc engine.

At the heart of Honda’s more than 3,000 m² motorcycle booth in Pavilion 7 will be the three headline models. Joining them will be Honda’s latest new models, showcased to visitors for the first time since being launched, including the CBR500R FOUR and CBR600RR, as well as the all-new ADV125 and SH350i, both proudly produced locally at Honda’s Atessa factory.

Honda also unveils Honda SENSING RIDE, a new advanced rider-assistance system for motorcycles. Scheduled to debut on the 2027 CRF1150L Africa Twin Adventure Sports, the system marks the latest step in Honda’s long-term commitment to enhancing safety and supporting riders through advanced technology. Honda SENSING RIDE utilizes radar units mounted at the front and rear of the motorcycle to detect surrounding vehicles and conditions. By comprehensively assessing rider operation and vehicle behaviour, the system provides alerts and rider support functions aimed at helping avoid accidents and enhancing riding safety.

Under its global safety slogan, “Safety for Everyone,” Honda is striving to realise a society free from traffic collisions for all road users. Honda aims to reduce by half the number of traffic fatalities involving Honda motorcycles and automobiles worldwide by 2030, and to achieve zero traffic fatalities involving Honda mobility products by 2050.

Honda RN0

Among Honda’s most significant announcements for 2027 is the all-new RN0, a model that sees the world’s largest motorcycle manufacturer enter the European electric mountain bike market for the first time.

Developed with premium e-MTB specialist ROTWILD and drivetrain specialist Shimano, it combines a carbon-fibre monocoque frame and distinctive Gullwing swingarm with a Shimano drive unit, producing 100Nm of torque and up to 750W of peak power.

Honda Automobile makes its debut as EICMA’s official car partner

Honda Automobile will make its debut as the official car partner of EICMA 2026, becoming only the second Automobile partner in the event’s history.

Located at key points across the EICMA site, including the East Gate entrance, Main Street outside Pavilion 14, the MotoLive area outside Pavilion 18 and Corso Italia outside Pavilion 9, Honda will host a dedicated visitor experience spotlighting the Prelude. Created to bring visitors closer to the sports coupe model’s unique blend of electrified performance, advanced technology and sporting heritage, these activities will reinforce the connection between the Honda brand and its customers through interactive experiences and product storytelling.

Visitors will also be able to discover the new CR-V Urban Edition*, a limited-run version of Honda’s flagship SUV featuring exclusive styling enhancements and premium ownership benefits.

In addition, Honda will celebrate the legacy of its iconic Jazz compact hatchback with a special 25th Anniversary edition**. Featuring a bespoke livery created in collaboration with the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED), the special model highlights the connection between automotive design, creativity and innovation.

On Thursday 5 November, visitors will also have chance to meet Honda Automobile Italy Ambassador Andy Díaz Hernández. The Olympic triple jump medalist will be in attendance on the stand for an exclusive meet & greet session, engaging with fans, media and visitors throughout the day.

Honda Prelude HRC Concept

Following its dynamic debut at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, the Honda Prelude HRC Concept will be on display at EICMA. Based on the brand’s e:HEV hybrid sports coupe that was launched last year, the Prelude HRC Concept explores the potential to enhance driving dynamics and driver engagement by using performance racing technology-derived parts, engineered by Honda Racing Corporation and Honda Access Corporation.

Honda Marine presents the BF350

Honda Marine will be represented by the BF350, the flagship of Honda’s outboard engine range. Its presence adds a further dimension to Honda’s engineering and mobility story in Italy, where Marine forms an established part of the company’s business.

New approach to mobility: Fastport Honda

Fastport Honda will make its Italian debut as part of Honda’s presentation within the Main Court.  The all-electric micro-mobility vehicle has been designed specifically for last-mile delivery in dense urban areas. Built for cycle lanes and narrow city streets, it combines compact size with automotive-grade durability. The eQuad features a pedal-assist, all-electric powertrain, swappable batteries, and a modular cargo system for different delivery needs.

Fastport Honda demonstrates how Honda is applying its engineering capability to new business areas beyond its established Motorcycle, Automobile, Power Products and Marine operations, addressing changing needs in mobility and urban logistics.

Sustainable stand principles continue in 2026

In 2025, Honda received the EICMA Sustainable Exhibitor Award for the sustainable management of its Motorcycle stand. Despite being the largest at the event, the modular display was composed of durable, reusable and easily removable panels, while materials were selected for durability, lightness, transport efficiency and ease of assembly.

Honda’s 2026 Motorcycle stand will again be built according to the same principles, continuing the approach recognised by EICMA last year.

Honda supports EICMA’s Charity Races

Honda will take part in the EICMA Charity Races on Thursday 5 and Friday 6 November, supporting the event’s fundraising activities through one of its most popular visitor attractions. Honda adventure rider Kirian Mirabet will compete on the Transalp in the two-cylinder category, following a strong performance in 2025 when he achieved the best overall result across the two races.

The initiative adds a charitable dimension to Honda’s programme at EICMA, alongside its product displays and visitor experiences.

Honda in Italy and Europe

Honda’s presence at EICMA reflects a European business with a strong commercial foundation and a continued commitment to investment, innovation and customer value. Italy is central to that story through its scale as a market and Honda’s long-term commercial, industrial and development presence in the market.

Honda’s engineering-led approach combines distinctive technology with a sustained focus on quality, reliability and safety. Across its businesses, the company continues to invest in new products, electrification, mobility services and European operations while responding to changing customer needs.

EICMA 2026

EICMA 2026 will take place at Fiera Milano from 3–8 November. The first two days are reserved for press and industry professionals. Public access runs from 5–8 November, with doors open from 09:30 to 18:30.
