This year, Honda has launched a new combined sales and aftersales category and the winners of this award will be invited to the first HME Gala Event in Dublin, Ireland.
Honda has announced the winners of this year’s Yūshū recognition scheme as it celebrates Europe’s top performing retailers in Customer Experience, based on customer feedback for over 1,500 partners that participate in its Customer Service Index.
Since its European launch in 2022, the scheme has expanded year on year to highlight the importance of customer experience and recognise retailers in automobile and motorcycle, with 60 winners across Sales and Aftersales operations.
In addition, this year sees a brand-new combined sales and aftersales category introduced to celebrate those excelling in both areas of their business, with the winners invited to a gala event in Dublin, Ireland to celebrate and collect their awards.
The Yūshū scheme honours retailer performance as measured by the Honda Customer Satisfaction Index (H-CSI), designed to reflect the ‘Voice of the Customer’ and help the business deliver a positive ownership experience.
